The winter season will be decided on the cross-country trails—and preparation starts now. At this special men’s cross-country skiing fitness retreat at Hotel Annelies, you’ll work with Olympic champion Claudia Nystad to specifically prepare for the upcoming cross-country skiing season.

Claudia Nystad is one of Germany’s most successful cross-country skiers. Her greatest achievements include an Olympic gold medal in the relay in 2010, an Olympic silver medal in 2002, as well as several world championship titles and World Cup victories. In this retreat, she shares her experience from over 20 years of elite athletics and shows you how to optimally build strength, endurance, and stability for cross-country skiing.

Training takes place in the stunning mountain scenery of Ramsau am Dachstein and includes functional workouts, endurance training, and valuable tips from the world of professional sports. Of course, there’s also time for recovery and relaxation in the hotel’s wellness area.

This retreat is intentionally designed for men only so that the training, intensity, and content can be specifically tailored to men’s physical capabilities and fitness goals. The motivating group of men also fosters a strong athletic dynamic—perfect for getting fit together as we head into the cross-country skiing season.
