Cancellation Information:

“Unexpected events” often occur, leading to unforeseen situations that affect your vacation plans.

Please note our general cancellation policy:

• Up to 8 weeks before departure ~ free of charge
• 8 weeks to 4 weeks before departure ~ 20% of the booked tour price
• 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival ~ 70% of the booked travel price
• 7 days prior to arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure ~ 90% of the booked travel price

Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Note: Our cancellation policy supersedes the statutory right of withdrawal under the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which is readily available on our website.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE

On the day of your arrival, your room will be available starting at 2:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know. Thank you.

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.

ONLINE booking:

For online bookings, we ask for a deposit of €200 to secure your reservation. You will receive a confirmed reservation after your payment is processed.

You can pay your hotel bill with a MAESTRO card, cash, VISA, or MasterCard.

GENERAL:

We’d be happy to reserve the room category you’ve booked. However, we’re unfortunately unable to confirm specific room numbers or floors. Thank you for your understanding.

Our hotel is a NON-SMOKING hotel. We also don’t have a hotel bar, a day spa, or après-ski —why?

Our guests appreciate the peace and quiet at the hotel after an active day in Ramsau and the surrounding area.

PETS:

Bringing your four-legged friend is only possible upon request. We have a dog suite available for dog lovers. Our four-legged guests are NOT permitted in our restaurant or in our spa and pool areas. We have space for your pet in the garden area of our main building.

Thank you very much for your understanding. The lodging fee (excluding food) is €25.00 per day.

CHILD DISCOUNTS:

A home for generations—we’d be happy to provide a quote for your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and children-in-law

Cribs and rollaway beds are available only in the main building, the family suite, and the vacation apartment.

Please also note that children cannot sleep in a double room between their parents, as we can only offer seating in the restaurant to registered guests.

We pick up all train travelers free of charge at the Schladming train station. We are also happy to meet our guests at the Salzburg Airport (for a fee).

Electric Charging Station

Do you drive an electric car? That’s great! You can conveniently charge your electric car here at Hotel Annelies. A charger is available right in the hotel parking lot with a power output of 11 kW. We invite you to use it and charge 0.50 euros per kW.

Working Together for Sustainability

Together with you, we want to make our hotel the most sustainable choice in the region. Here’s how you can help us achieve that: Thank you—for us, too, climate protection starts with small steps

• Please bring your own shower shoes from home.
• Hang the wooden sign on your door, and our housekeeping staff will not clean your room that day.
• Please hang up your hand towels and bath towels so they can be reused. Only the towels left on the floor are changed daily.

Air Conditioning

City dwellers are used to air conditioning in the summer and sometimes expect it even at 1,100 meters above sea level. Fortunately, here in the mountains, you don’t need air conditioning if you follow a few simple rules: keep the curtains closed during the day and air out the room thoroughly before going to bed. It always cools down at night—that’s our natural air conditioning.
