5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Aqua Pilates, followed by a sauna infusion including progressive muscle relaxation

7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Power Pilates and Breathwork

TIME FOR MYSELF

5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Aquapilates, followed by a sauna infusion, including progressive muscle relaxation in the relaxation room
