A sporty family that likes to pass on what “they” love to you: the passion for nature and activity. For this reason, we have committed ourselves to the issue of active holidays, and we intentionally do without a hotel bar and après ski.

As an AMA Region of Delight, regional and seasonal products from the Schladming Dachstein area are especially important to us. Our kitchen crew is known for the finest cuisine and high quality.

Anja

For Anja, the hotel is her great passion, which means a lot of work, but never stress. Anja manages the hotel with Roland with much love and passion. She works daily to create a perfect experience, meeting needs without mentioning them first. The focal attributes that make the hotel an incomparable address are becoming increasingly clear:
Wellness, culinary delights, hiking and biking in summer and all aspects of Nordic sports in winter. Free time was always precious – Anja enjoys nature with our gorgeous region’s various sporting options.

Roland

Roland takes care of the guests with total commitment, meticulously ensuring that everything is running in the background, and is an eager hotel planner and hobby builder.

His true passion is sport in all aspects of “mountain sports” – he lives this with his kids on the bike or in winter when cross-country skiing or ski touring. Of course, EVERYONE is in good hands under the supervision of Roland at the “Annelies” cross-country ski school.

Anna-Maria

Anna-Maria trifft sportlich ins Schwarze – sie ist – wenn sie nicht gerade im Restaurant aushilft, angehende Profi-Biathletin.

Sie liebt die Abwechslung zwischen Sport und Hotellerie, besuchte die Höhere Lehranstalt für Tourismus und Sport in Bad Hofgastein und studiert jetzt Tourismus und Marketing

Louisa

Louisa attends the sports academy in Schladming – in winter, you meet her mainly on the cross-country ski run – Louisa also loves Nordic sports The eager baking fairy surprises our guests and the kitchen crew with her excellent cake variations and homemade bread.

Oma Annelies

Grandma Annelies was the heart and soul of our home. We owe her so much… the house… our numerous frequent guests and the way of living “FRIENDSHIP” to guests. Together with her husband Matthias, known as Hias, she built the Pension Annelies from the ground up under difficult circumstances, and over the years it evolved into today’s Hotel Annelies. Her greatest passion was flowers, and with her warmth and strength, she shaped our home.

Grandma Annelies was able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities to the fullest and kept herself fit until the very end with daily water aerobics and walks. On October 13, 2024, she passed away peacefully at the age of 90. She will always live on in our hearts.
